About The Role Seeking an exceptional finance professional with experience to strengthen the CFO’s office, driving strategic initiatives and turning complex data into decisions that shape Finance operations organisation-wide. Responsibilities Division Communications & Executive Support Lead the drafting and delivery of Finance Division communications, including decision announcements, priority rollouts, and key organisational cycles. Maintain the Division’s communications calendar and coordinate inputs, timelines, follow-ups, and actions with department leads. Prepare high-quality presentation decks, briefing notes, data summaries, and other materials for senior leadership. Translate complex data, analytical findings, and team inputs into clear insights, recommendations, and actionable messages. Division Operations & Governance Coordinate the Finance Division’s governance calendar, including leadership meetings, quarterly forums, annual events, and other key planning cycles. Support agenda development, meeting logistics, preparation of materials, and follow-up on key decisions and actions. Monitor progress against divisional priorities and OKRs, identifying risks, dependencies, and areas requiring leadership attention. Maintain clear trackers and work plans to support effective coordination and execution across the Division. Strategic Projects & Problem Solving Own clearly defined projects and workstreams from planning through execution and delivery.
