The evaluation aims to assess the relevance, performance, and strategic positioning of ONU Femmes' interventions in promoting gender equality and women's empowerment. The consultant will conduct stakeholder mapping, facilitate interviews and focus groups, analyze qualitative data, and contribute to report writing. This role requires collaboration with both national and international consultants and involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure effective evaluation outcomes.
