UNICEF is seeking a Consultancy Consultant to support the revision of the PNSN and the integration of the Triple Nexus approach in Niger. The role involves analyzing existing policies, developing a multisectoral action plan, and enhancing coordination mechanisms. The consultant will also establish accountability frameworks and propose a communication strategy. This position is based in Niamey and may include field missions.
