Country Manager

RAF Global is currently seeking to recruit a Country Manager for its operations in Madagascar. The Country Manager will provide overall intellectual, strategic, and operational leadership to the organisation, ensuring alignment with its mission and mandate in Madagascar. This role will be responsible for driving excellence in programme design, implementation, and scale-up, while maintaining a strong focus on networking and partnership.

Provide overall intellectual, strategic and operational leadership for RAF Global's operations in Madagascar, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and country mandate.

Lead the design, development and implementation of high quality evidenced based programme, with clear goals, milestones, and measurable outcomes.

Build and manage strategic partnerships with donors, corporates, foundations, and individual donors, and drive local resource mobilization efforts.

Oversee annual programme planning and ensure timely and effective execution of activities.

Oversee the country office's financial management, budgeting, and compliance with internal, external, and donor audits.

Serve as the primary liaison with the Board of Directors and ensure strong organisational governance.

Promote knowledge management, learning, and capacity building across the organisation.

Represent RAF Global before government authorities, networks, and strategic forums to enhance visibility and drive growth.
