Go High Level Automation Developer

Our client is seeking an experienced Go High Level Automation Developer to design, build, and deploy end-to-end automation workflows. Working remotely from South Africa on a full-time basis, you will take ownership of developing robust systems that automate complex sales, marketing, and operational pipelines, significantly reducing administrative overhead and enabling core business scalability.

What you will do

- Build, test, and deploy advanced automated workflows and pipelines inside Go High Level (GHL).

- Develop deal-to-content automation workflows that turn completed transactions and milestones directly into structured marketing and social media assets.

- Integrate external APIs, webhooks, and third-party tools to support competitor monitoring and automated data ingestion.

- Configure and support outreach infrastructure, including integration of AI voice tools and managing database pipelines of 25,000+ contacts.

- Implement robust error handling, testing, and documentation to ensure operational team members can maintain workflows and API connections reliably.

- Diagnose and resolve workflow bottlenecks, API disconnections, and data sync issues promptly.

What we are looking for

- Proven hands-on experience building complex, production-grade workflows and automations in Go High Level.

- Strong technical proficiency with REST APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms such as Make or Zapier.

- Experience handling and segmenting large contact lists and marketing databases.

- Ability to work autonomously and deliver structured automation builds within defined project timelines.

- Clear communication skills and the ability to produce concise handover documentation for non-technical team members.

- Reliable high-speed internet connection and an established remote workspace in South Africa.

Nice to have

- Experience integrating AI voice platforms or LLM-assisted content tools into CRM pipelines.

- Experience building automated competitor monitoring or web scraping workflows.

- Previous exposure to high-volume sales, deal-brokering, or lead generation environments.

What is on offer

- Salary: R40 000 - R55 000 per month, depending on experience
