Finance Delegate (m/f/d), Venezuela The GRC is currently seeking an experienced Finance Delegate (m/f/d) for Venezuela to lead the day-to-day financial management of the portfolio of the GRC’s office in Venezuela in partnership with the Venezuelan Red Cross (VRC). The Delegate will be based in Caracas, Venezuela, and be part of GRC's Delegation for Colombia and Venezuela. The longstanding cooperation with Venezuelan Red Cross (VRC) is focused on health, protection and disaster preparedness and has recently been amplified due to the response to the earthquakes that affected Venezuela in June 2026. The Delegate will support GRC's activities with VRC within the well-established framework of cooperation. In addition, they will support the GRC Finance Officer in Colombia if necessary. The Delegate is working under the supervision of the Head of Office and will be part of an experienced team of three international delegates and around 20 local staff.
