## Expérience The Human Resources team member will collaborate with HR professionals to execute daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, compensation management, and employee development. The role ensures alignment with employee needs to drive business success while maintaining full compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Candidates must hold a three-year accredited degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least one year of experience in HR, management operations, or a relevant professional area. Core responsibilities encompass overseeing hiring processes, maintaining external recruitment networks, and ensuring adherence to HR standard operating procedures. The position involves managing employee benefits administration, including unemployment claims and hearings, as well as auditing claim reports for accuracy. Employee development is a key focus, requiring coordination of orientation programs, cross-training initiatives, and ongoing training supervision to reinforce company culture and operational excellence. Maintaining strong employee relations is essential, involving open communication channels, progressive discipline reviews, and timely issue resolution. The role also ensures compliance with employment laws by properly securing and auditing employee files, managing medical records confidentially, and facilitating drug testing where applicable. Additionally, the position supports safety and workers’ compensation initiatives, conducts periodic claims reviews, and represents HR in property safety committees to promote workplace safety.
