Description du poste

MSF Operational Centre Amsterdam (OCA) is one of MSF's operational centres. From its headquarters in Amsterdam, OCA supports the planning, management, and delivery of medical humanitarian operations in countries around the world. Indirect procurement at OCA covers the goods and services required to support the organization and enable its humanitarian work, but which are not procured directly for use in medical programmes (or humanitarian operations). The Indirect procurement spend includes categories such as Fundraising & Communications, Marketing, Facilities and office services, consultancy services, human resources and recruitment services, travel, Insurance, and other corporate services. Main Responsibilities You are the centralized procurement professional for MSF OCA indirect procurement, providing procurement expertise, guidance and day-to-day support to internal stakeholders across departments. You understand departmental needs and apply a pragmatic and cost-effective approach to sourcing, tendering, supplier selection and negotiations to ensure efficient and compliant procurement activities. You will develop and maintain close collaboration with stakeholders across MSF OCA to ensure procurement meets MSF standards and due diligence requirements. Your collaborative approach ensures departments are applying procurement processes consistently and effectively. You lead the development and implementation of policies...
