Job Overview The Insurance Claims Adjuster will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and processing insurance claims submitted by policyholders in the Nyanza region. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate claim assessments, timely settlements, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with underwriters, legal advisors, and external service providers to verify claim details, assess damages, and recommend appropriate payouts.
