Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lab Scientist located in Kigali. The Lab Scientist will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, interpreting results, developing and implementing laboratory protocols, and maintaining laboratory equipment. The lab scientist will also be responsible for adhering to safety protocols and maintaining accurate laboratory records. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in laboratory science, medical technology, or a related field Experience in laboratory testing, interpretation of laboratory results, and development and implementation of laboratory protocols Ability to maintain accurate records and adhere to safety protocols Knowledge of laboratory safety regulations and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and laboratory information management systems Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
