About You And The Role Zipline operates autonomous delivery systems where safety, reliability, and growth depend on understanding performance across flights, hardware, software, and operations. Engineers and leaders need trusted system-health data to detect issues, evaluate tradeoffs, and prioritize improvements. You will own core system-health analytics products within Systems Engineering: the metrics, data models, monitoring, and analyses that inform fleet reliability and safety decisions. Working with Systems Engineers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and partner teams, you will turn raw flight data into tools people rely on to understand fleet performance and act on meaningful changes.
