## Responsabilités We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton in Kigali, Rwanda. In this full-time, non-management role, you will address client inquiries regarding the origin, vintage, and style of wines, ensuring accurate and informative responses. You will maintain inventory levels by verifying stock and supplies, preparing requisitions, and managing alcohol replenishment to meet demand. Your responsibilities will include preparing precise drink orders using measurement systems, handling and serving wine and champagne bottles, and managing cash transactions at the end of each shift—balancing the till, resolving discrepancies, and securing funds. To ensure smooth operations, you will anticipate and communicate restocking needs promptly, foster teamwork among staff, and assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluations, and employee motivation while setting a professional example. Compliance with safety protocols is essential, as you will report maintenance issues, potential hazards, or accidents, complete required safety training, and maintain a clean, professional appearance. Confidentiality, team support, and adherence to quality standards will be key to your success. Physical demands include lifting, carrying, or moving items up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg), standing or walking for extended periods, and navigating tight or elevated spaces, uneven surfaces, or staircases. Excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to read small text are necessary. You will greet and acknowledge customers per company standards, communicate clearly and courteously in person and on the phone, listen actively to concerns, and perform any other duties assigned by supervisors that align with this role. Qualified candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of relevant work experience and no prior supervisory experience required.
