About the Role Our client is seeking a data-driven and analytical Logistics Analyst to join their team in Randburg . This role is essential for optimizing our supply chain operations through data analysis, performance tracking, and process improvement recommendations. You will be responsible for collecting and interpreting logistics data, identifying trends, and providing insights to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. This hybrid position allows for remote data analysis and reporting, complemented by on-site collaboration and strategy sessions. Key Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs ) and identify areas for improvement. Identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain. Provide recommendations for process enhancements, route optimization, and network design. Collaborate with logistics teams and other departments to implement changes and measure their impact. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field. Proven experience as a Logistics Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and ideally visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
