Located within the Security Operational PITS and Heap Leach department and reporting under the Security division, this role operates in a highly complex and high-risk environment requiring a strategic and hands-on approach to security management. About the Role As Manager, Security Projects for Block 3, you will spearhead the implementation of a comprehensive security plan that addresses a diverse range of threats including illegal mining, organized crime, insurgent activity, and terrorism. Your leadership will be central in establishing and maintaining a secure operational framework that safeguards all personnel, contractors, and infrastructure associated with the Block 3 project, ensuring business continuity and adherence to operational, legal, and community standards.
