The Position JOB DESCRIPTIONThe UNFPA Rwanda Country Office seeks to engage a Multimedia Production Consultant on a retainer basis to provide specialisedmultimedia production services, including professional video production, animation and motion graphics. The consultant will support the documentation and dissemination of programme achievements, human-interest stories, best practices, lessons learned, partner contributions and other corporate communications priorities. The retainer arrangement will enable UNFPA to access specialised technical expertise when required, maintain the quality and consistency of its communications products, and manage costs by commissioning assignments according to actual needs and approved deliverables rather than engaging a full-time resource.
