You'll contribute to ending world hunger by ... Contribute to the planning, implementation, day-to-day operations, and financial management of the project. The specific purpose of the position is to support the management and implementation of effective and efficient operational and compliance activities to deliver the project in accordance with internal and donor obligations and standard. Key activities in your role will include Objective 1: In coordination with the Head of Project/Head of Base plan and implement the activities With the Head of Project/Head of Base, develop a workplan to ensure the efficient and timely implementation of activities Regularly review the planning of activities with the Head of Project/Head of Base through weekly planning meetings. Manage assigned project budget for activities based on agreed workplan with the Head of Project/Head of Base Manage the project team to ensure that implementation plans are followed and changes are discussed and agreed with the Head of Project/Head of Base. Provide inputs for the monthly financial forecast for budget lines to the Head of Project/Head of Base for consolidation. Coordinate the activities with the logistics, HR and finance staff to ensure that human, financial and logistic resources are efficiently planned and used.
