Procurement Specialist (locally recruited)

The Procurement Specialist will oversee procurement processes for the Niger Country Office under the supervision of the Country Manager. This role involves creating procurement plans, organizing procurement processes, and coordinating with suppliers and headquarters. The specialist will also conduct market research, maintain supplier performance records, and provide guidance to program teams on procurement procedures. The position requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as a solid understanding of procurement principles.
