Reporting to the Director of IT, the Digital Solutions Manager leads TNS Labs, the organization’s internal innovation unit tasked with designing and sustaining the technological backbone for software and AI systems. This role is pivotal in scaling Techno Serve’s impact by identifying, developing, and deploying high-potential technologies in collaboration with field programs, global teams, and external partners. It demands a hands-on approach, combining strategic product vision, agile execution, and cross-functional leadership. TNS Labs serves as Techno Serve’s innovation hub, focused on piloting and scaling technology solutions that enhance program efficiency and reach within agriculture and entrepreneurship. By partnering with internal stakeholders and global tech partners, the team validates and expands tools that improve access to knowledge, markets, and financing for smallholder farmers and entrepreneurs across Latin America, Africa, and Asia. Management & Strategic Leadership: Work closely with the Director of IT to execute TNS Labs’ strategic roadmap, scaling proven and promising technologies to optimize cost structures and amplify program outcomes. Together, you will oversee the full lifecycle of technology initiatives—from ideation to scaled implementation—across multiple regions.
