Our 4flow management division plans, optimizes, and continuously manages our clients' supply chain networks as a neutral 4PL, offering innovative concepts in transportation and network management.

What will your new challenge look like?
As a member of the 4flow team, you will be responsible for the smooth execution of transportation within our clients' logistics networks, ensuring the availability of goods. Your main responsibilities will be:
Ensuring the smooth running of daily operations at all stages of transport via our TMS.
Providing customer service by managing transport orders and communicating with our clients and partners.
Managing transport issues and ensuring that relevant information is correctly communicated to the client and other stakeholders.
Proposing solutions in case of transport delays.
Participating in the continuous optimization of our clients' logistics networks.
Providing support to 4flow teams based at other locations in Europe.
Your qualifications:
A minimum of a two-year or three-year post-secondary degree in Transport and Supply Chain Management.
Significant experience in the transport sector and a strong interest in customer service.
Excellent communication skills and professional proficiency in English are required, mastering Italian would a real advantage
Ability to quickly prioritize tasks during periods of high workload, while communicating proactively, friendlyly, and solution-oriented.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
You are passionate about the logistics sector and enjoy working in a dynamic, virtual, and international environment.
You are available to work flexible hours (morning, afternoon, night, and weekends).
