Third-Party Monitoring (TPM), Senior Manager

Integrity is seeking an experienced Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) Senior Manager to support the delivery of independent TPM services and portfolio evidence research analysis for the UK Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) ODA portfolio in Ukraine. In this role, you will work closely with the TPM Team Lead to scope monitoring requirements, design and manage TPM Tasking Orders, and collaborate with FCDO, the British Embassy Kyiv, implementing partners, and local data collection teams. The work plays a critical role in strengthening transparency, accountability, and assurance across ODA programmes in Ukraine.
