There is one position which will be filled at the level commensurate with the successful candidate's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. Specific responsibilities include: Supports Fixed Asset Accounting activities for the Virginia Power Distribution and Transmission functions, the service company, and the PowerPlan fixed asset subledger. Responsibilities include capital project closing, account reconciliations, financial controls, and data analysis. Assists with PowerPlan administration and process improvements while serving as the primary point of contact for related invoices. Partners with business, finance, and technology teams to strengthen reporting, data integrity, and PowerPlan processes. Evaluates and applies capitalization policies, researches accounting matters, and contributes to regulatory filings, rate cases, and special projects.
