Requirements 1-3 years in brand, content, social or comms (agency or in-house) Strong writer with genuine range across formats A clear eye for design and craft – you can tell when something’s off brand and say why Organised: you can run several projects and freelancers at once without dropping things Comfortable giving and taking creative feedback Nice to have: experience in [sector], hands-on Figma or Canva, video and short-form content, PR or influencer relationships, working on a rebrand or brand refresh.
