We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Business Development Executive Vacancy Code: LEV001 Location: Yaba, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Work Mode: Hybrid (2 Times in a Week) Job Summary We are seeking a proactive, commercially minded, and results-driven Business Development & Marketing Associate to support the growth of the company by generating qualified leads, converting prospects into clients, building strategic relationships, and executing marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing the full business development process, from identifying prospects and generating leads to follow-up, conversion, and client relationship development. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree, or, HND with 1 year minimum experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Customer Acquisition, Account Management, or a related role. Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Confidence engaging prospective clients through calls, emails, social media, networking, and face-to-face meetings. Proactive and comfortable initiating conversations and generating opportunities independently. Strong commercial and target-driven mindset. Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content-driven lead generation. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Experience using CRM systems; Zoho CRM experience is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and basic reporting tools. Salary N100,000 Monthly.
