The Concept Group, a holding company established in 1992, oversees a portfolio of subsidiaries including Rosabon Financial Services, a leading financial intermediary and equipment leasing company; Concept Nova, a bespoke enterprise IT solutions provider; and Percy Aitkins, a bureau de change. We are currently recruiting for the position of Deputy Head, Business Operations based in Lagos. This is a full-time role requiring a minimum of 8 years' experience in business management or operations, with senior leadership and financial services experience essential. We are seeking experienced professionals only. The salary for this position is N700,000 – N800,000 per month.
