Company: Premium Human Resources Solution Location: Nigeria State: Kano Jobs Job type: Full-Time Job category: Banking Jobs in Nigeria Premium Human Resources Solution – Our client, a top banking institution, is recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Direct Sales Agent (DSA) Location: Kano Employment Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities Marketing of retail banking products and services Check pickups (revenue collection) Prepare call memos Prepare target market list Respond to customers’ inquiries on the activities of the Business Group Assist with loan request documentation Key Responsibilities include Customer Onboarding: Identify and onboard new customers and agents onto the banking platform. Account Opening: Facilitate the opening of new accounts and ensure proper KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation is collected. Product Promotion: Actively market and sell the company’s financial products, including POS devices, digital banking apps, and savings plans. Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing agents and customers to ensure consistent usage of the platform. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/monthly acquisition and transaction targets. Qualifications NCE, OND, HND, or BSc Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience is required.
