Job Description Congo Digital Connect is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and oversee our HR function, supporting our growing digital connectivity and technology operations. This role is responsible for driving effective people management practices, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a productive and engaged workforce across the organization.
