Logistics Specialist

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for overseeing daily transportation and fleet operations, ensuring efficient driver management, compliance monitoring, payroll coordination, and smooth execution of logistics activities. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to maintain operational excellence, service quality, and cost efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Driver handling and daily operations management.

Driver compliance monitoring and follow-up.

Driver salary closing and payroll coordination.

Fleet supervision and transportation operations background.

Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure smooth logistics execution.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, fleet management, or a similar operational role.

Experience in driver handling, transportation operations, and fleet supervision is highly preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Familiarity with ERP systems and operational platforms.

Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills.
