Responsibilities:
Supervise staff, attendance, punctuality, appearance, conduct, and daily performance.
Ensure the office is clean, organized, properly stocked, and ready for business.
Monitor daily sales and ensure all payments and transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
Monitor inventory, conduct regular stock checks, and report missing, damaged, or low-stock items.
Oversee online orders, packaging, dispatch, and delivery follow-up.
Ensure customers receive excellent service and handle customer complaints professionally.
Ensure staff follow company rules, procedures, and instructions.
Monitor and protect company property, merchandise, cash, and equipment.
Identify operational problems and take appropriate action or report them to management.
Prepare regular reports on sales, staff performance, stock, customer issues, and other operational matters
Ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently, even when management is not physically present.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in retail, fashion, sales, or a similar operational environment.
Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Good knowledge of basic sales, inventory, and cash-handling procedures.
Computer literacy and ability to use basic office/business software.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
Must be trustworthy, responsible, disciplined, and highly accountable.
Experience with online retail/e-commerce is an advantage.
