We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Product & Project Manager Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Department: Marketing Job Summary We are seeking a Product & Project Manager to drive AI and Digitalization projects within the Marketing function. The ideal candidate will have strong project/product management skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to take ownership of projects from planning through execution. Key Responsibilities Manage AI and digitalization projects from initiation to successful delivery. Translate business requirements into clear project deliverables and execution plans. Coordinate with Marketing, IT/Tech teams, and external vendors. Manage project timelines, follow-ups, deliverables, and stakeholder communication. Identify challenges, resolve issues, and proactively drive projects forward. Support Agile ways of working and continuous improvement. Take end-to-end ownership of assigned products and projects. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field. 2+ years of relevant Product or Project Management experience. Strong understanding of Agile/project management methodologies. Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Strong stakeholder management, follow-up, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
