Production Manager

Labeta Drugs Limited, a reputable pharmaceutical company, is seeking a skilled Production Manager to lead its production operations in Lagos. This full-time role is ideal for a science graduate with hands-on water production experience and strong leadership abilities. As Production Manager, you will oversee daily production activities, supervise team members, and ensure that production targets are met efficiently and on schedule. You will maintain GMP, quality, safety, and hygiene standards while monitoring raw materials, equipment, and processes. Your proactive approach will help identify and resolve production challenges promptly, and you will prepare regular reports for management. To succeed in this role, you should possess an HND in biochemistry, microbiology, chemistry, chemical engineering, industrial chemistry, or a related science field. A minimum of two years of relevant production experience, preferably in a water manufacturing environment, is required. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills are essential, along with a good knowledge of GMP and production processes. The ability to work under pressure and meet targets is also crucial. The position is based in Surulere, Lagos, and offers a monthly remuneration of NGN 200,000 to 250,000.
