Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent ## Expérience - At least 8 years of experience in Human Resources Your profile - Solid experience in HR business partnering, talent management and HR project implementation. - Experience in a regional, multicultural or multi-country environment is strongly preferred. - Strong knowledge of core HR processes, including recruitment, learning and development, workforce planning, career management and performance management. - Experience with HR systems and digital tools, including HRIS and performance management platforms. ## Formation / Diplômes - Ability to support the implementation of HR transformation and organizational change initiatives. Ability to build, trust and collaborate effectively, support and influence stakeholders across functions/countries. Your challenges - Facilitate collaboration across HR teams and countries to encourage knowledge sharing, alignment and the dissemination of best practices. - Lead recruitment of key roles across Cluster, in partnership with local teams and hiring managers. - Support the implementation of grading framework and ensure consistency in role structuring. - Promote talent mobility and internal career opportunities across entities where relevant. - Coordinate performance and potential review campaigns, including manager readiness, collection of evaluations, calibration processes and follow-up on key outcomes. - Contribute to the development of career management tools and frameworks, including interview guides, career paths and development frameworks for key roles. - Produce and consolidate HR reporting for monthly HR reviews, action plan follow-up and other governance forums. - Contribute to budget preparation by supporting workforce planning, people cost projections. **---** ** [Click the **Apply** button below to apply, and **Create my CV** to build a CV tailored to this offer, professionally]
