Responsibilities:
Identify and develop relationships with corporate organisations, NGOs, government agencies, banks, embassies, and other institutions in Abuja.
Conduct corporate visits and actively promote Tatafish Hotel, accommodation, events, restaurant, and catering services.
Generate corporate room bookings and secure corporate accommodation agreements.
Identify and secure business for conferences, meetings, weddings, seminars, trainings, and other events.
Develop and promote outdoor catering services to corporate and institutional clients.
Build and maintain relationships with HR managers, procurement officers, travel managers, event planners, and other key decision-makers.
Prepare proposals and quotations, follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Develop partnerships with travel agencies, event planners, conference organisers, and other relevant businesses.
Maintain an organised sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports to management.
Build strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat bookings and generate additional business.
Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and new business opportunities within Abuja.
Execute marketing activities that directly contribute to bookings, contracts, and revenue.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business administration, hospitality management, sales, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related role.
Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, restaurant, catering, events, or related industries.
Proven track record of generating new business and meeting sales targets.
Strong corporate sales and business development skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
Good knowledge of the Abuja corporate and hospitality market.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital marketing tools.
Remuneration: NGN
200,000 – 250,000 Monthly
