Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of responsive, high-quality user interfaces for complex web applications.

Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to translate concepts and requirements into tangible, functional products.

Architect, build, and maintain reusable frontend components and libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.

Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices in frontend development and engineering standards.

Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility.

Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies, advocating for their adoption to continuously improve our development processes and product offerings.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of our applications.

Qualifications and Skills

A minimum of

7+ years

of professional experience in a frontend development role.

Expert proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

Extensive hands-on experience with at least one major JavaScript framework, such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Solid understanding of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX, or Vuex).

Proven experience integrating with RESTful APIs and a strong understanding of asynchronous request handling.

Familiarity with frontend build tools, such as Webpack, Vite, or Parcel.

A strong grasp of software engineering principles, design patterns, and agile development methodologies.
