Senior Research Associate

CIMMYT is seeking a Senior Research Associate to support the development and implementation of modern breeding strategies for sorghum and pearl millet. The role involves managing breeding programs, integrating innovative breeding approaches, and fostering partnerships with national and global breeding programs. The candidate will also contribute to capacity building and knowledge sharing within the organization. This position is based in Thies, Senegal, and requires a strong commitment to research that benefits smallholder farmers in West and Central Africa.
