Bénin CottonTex SA is seeking an experienced Textile Production Manager to oversee daily operations across our spinning, weaving, and garmenting lines. You will be responsible for production efficiency, quality control, and workforce leadership within our vertically integrated textile facility in the Glo-Djigbé Industrial Zone. Key responsibilities: Oversee daily production operations across spinning, weaving, and garmenting units Ensure product quality meets international textile certification standards (OEKO-TEX, GOTS) Lead production planning and scheduling to meet export order deadlines Manage plant safety, machinery maintenance coordination, and regulatory compliance Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce waste Lead, train, and manage production supervisors and factory floor staff Report production performance, quality metrics, and improvement plans to senior
