Responsibilities:
Provide professional travel consultation and guidance to clients.
Assist clients with visa application processes, requirements and documentation.
Handle flight reservations, ticketing and itinerary planning.
Advise clients on suitable travel destinations, visa options and travel requirements.
Assist students and clients with international education and study-abroad enquiries.
Prepare and review clients’ travel and visa documentation.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into sales.
Maintain excellent relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Keep up to date with visa policies, airline requirements, travel regulations and destination information.
Handle client enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
Maintain accurate records of clients, applications, bookings and transactions.
Work with other team members to achieve company sales and service targets.
Provide excellent customer service before, during and after travel arrangements.
Requirements:
HND in travel & tourism, hospitality, business administration, mass communication or a related field.
Previous experience in travel consultancy, visa processing, ticketing or education consulting is an added advantage.
Good knowledge of visa application procedures and travel documentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Good sales, negotiation and follow-up abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication platforms.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Professional appearance, confidence and a positive attitude.
